I'm passionate about protecting the New England environment, especially the coasts, waterways, harbors, and bays.  That's why I'm committed to being environmentally conscious and contribute to conservation organizations to make a positive impact our shores and wildlife.

From Daniela, the owner:

One of the most frequently asked questions I get is "Why did you name your business Sacred Harbor Photography?" It's a long story, but the skinny of it is: water is sacred to me.  As an open water swimmer, I've trained in Boston Harbor, Quincy Harbor, Walden Pond, and many other bodies of water in New England.  With microplastics, acidification, and pollution destroying our planet's oceans and reefs, and killing marine and coastal wildlife, the environmental crisis hits close to home each time I step foot in the water.  This is why I've linked my passion for photography and my commitment to protecting our planet's waters and wildlife.

In 2020, Sacred Harbor Photography donated $800+ to Save the Harbor/Save the Bay, a Boston-based non-profit dedicated to providing advocacy for and education about New England beaches and coasts.

What does that mean for you?

My business and I will continue to provide the best service for you and your friends, family, teams, and coworkers. I hope that you'll share my mission with your community and network to help support conservation efforts  - we want our community and supporters to also share our passion and efforts to support environmental and water conservation, advocacy, and education.
